Email verification protects your account and unlocks all features on Crafterss.

Why verify?

Until you verify your email, you cannot:

  • Purchase products.
  • Publish items in your store.
  • Send messages to other users.
  • Connect Stripe to receive payments.

How to verify

  1. After you register, check the inbox of the email address you used.
  2. Open the message from Crafterss and click the Verify email button.
  3. You will be redirected to the site with a confirmation message.

Did not receive the email?

  1. Sign in with your account.
  2. At the top of any page you will see a yellow banner with the message "Please verify your email".
  3. Click Resend verification email.
  4. Check your spam or promotions folder if you still do not see it.
